TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
By purchasing from Blinged by Berna LLC (“BBB LLC”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
PRICING & OFFERS
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Reasonable offers are welcome.
• Bundle discounts, negotiated pricing, promotional pricing, flash sales, and special offers are extended solely at the discretion of BBB LLC and may be modified or withdrawn at any time prior to purchase.
LAYAWAY POLICY
Layaway is available on purchases of $500 or more.
• A 20% deposit is required to initiate a layaway.
• A non-refundable 10% layaway service fee will be added to the purchase price.
• The remaining balance must be paid within sixty (60) calendar days from the purchase date.
• Merchandise will not be shipped or released until payment has been received in full.
• Layaway purchases are FINAL SALE.
Default
If payment is not completed within sixty (60) days and no written extension has been approved by BBB LLC:
• The layaway will be cancelled.
• The item may immediately be returned to inventory.
• All payments made toward the layaway are non-refundable.
• Amounts paid (excluding the layaway fee) will be converted into store credit valid for ninety (90) days from the date of default.
• Store credit has no cash value and is non-transferable.
RETURNS
Items paid for in full qualify for a five (5) calendar day inspection period beginning on the date the carrier marks the package as delivered.
To qualify for a return:
• BBB LLC must receive written notice within five (5) calendar days.
• The item must be returned in its original, unworn, unaltered condition.
• Original boxes, certificates, and all included contents must accompany the return.
Approved returns will receive a refund less a ten percent (10%) restocking fee.
Original shipping charges, insurance charges, payment processing fees, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
The following items are FINAL SALE:
• Layaway purchases
• Custom or special orders
• Resized or altered jewelry
• Engraved items
• Clearance or Final Sale merchandise
VINTAGE & ESTATE JEWELRY
BBB LLC specializes in vintage, estate, and previously owned fine jewelry in addition to customized previously owned pieces.
Minor signs of wear, patina, age-related characteristics, natural gemstone inclusions, previous repairs, and manufacturing variations are considered normal and are not defects.
Customers are encouraged to request additional photographs, videos, or information before purchasing.
RING SIZING
Ring sizes are believed to be accurate.
Any ring resized or altered after purchase becomes FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return or exchange.
SHIPPING
Shipping methods are generally provided as follows:
$100–499 — Complimentary Ground Shipping
$500–999 — Complimentary Priority Shipping
$1,000–1,999 — Complimentary Overnight Shipping
$2,000 and above — Complimentary Overnight Shipping with Full Insurance
BBB LLC reserves the right to upgrade shipping methods or require signature confirmation on any shipment.
SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY
BBB LLC carefully inspects, photographs, and securely packages every shipment before tendering it to the shipping carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
BBB LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, labor disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.
If a shipment is lost prior to confirmed delivery, BBB LLC will investigate the shipment and, when applicable, submit a claim with the shipping carrier or shipping insurer. BBB LLC reserves the right to await the outcome of the carrier’s investigation before issuing a replacement or refund.
Packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier—including signature confirmation, GPS confirmation, photographic confirmation, or other carrier delivery records—are considered successfully delivered.
BBB LLC is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage occurring after confirmed delivery.
FRAUD PREVENTION
BBB LLC reserves the right to:
• Require signature confirmation or Adult Signature.
• Require identity verification before shipment.
• Delay shipment while payment verification is completed.
• Cancel any order suspected of fraud.
• Refuse future sales to customers engaging in fraudulent activity.
BBB LLC maintains photographs, packing records, shipment records, tracking information, and customer communications for fraud prevention.
CHARGEBACKS
Customers agree to contact BBB LLC before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
BBB LLC reserves the right to dispute any chargeback using available documentation, including but not limited to photographs, videos, shipping records, tracking information, delivery confirmation, customer communications, and carrier documentation.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent refusal of future service and any other remedies available under applicable law.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BBB LLC’s maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the item.
Completion of a purchase constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
