SHIPPING

Shipping methods are generally provided as follows:

$100–499 — Complimentary Ground Shipping

$500–999 — Complimentary Priority Shipping

$1,000–1,999 — Complimentary Overnight Shipping

$2,000 and above — Complimentary Overnight Shipping with Full Insurance

BBB LLC reserves the right to upgrade shipping methods or require signature confirmation on any shipment.

SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

BBB LLC carefully inspects, photographs, and securely packages every shipment before tendering it to the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

BBB LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, labor disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.

If a shipment is lost prior to confirmed delivery, BBB LLC will investigate the shipment and, when applicable, submit a claim with the shipping carrier or shipping insurer. BBB LLC reserves the right to await the outcome of the carrier’s investigation before issuing a replacement or refund.

Packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier—including signature confirmation, GPS confirmation, photographic confirmation, or other carrier delivery records—are considered successfully delivered.

BBB LLC is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage occurring after confirmed delivery.

FRAUD PREVENTION

BBB LLC reserves the right to:

• Require signature confirmation or Adult Signature.

• Require identity verification before shipment.

• Delay shipment while payment verification is completed.

• Cancel any order suspected of fraud.

• Refuse future sales to customers engaging in fraudulent activity.

BBB LLC maintains photographs, packing records, shipment records, tracking information, and customer communications for fraud prevention.
