RETURNS

Items paid for in full at time of purchase qualify for a five (5) calendar day inspection period beginning on the date the carrier marks the package as delivered.

To qualify for a return:

• BBB LLC must receive written notice within five (5) calendar days.

• The item must be returned in its original, unworn, unaltered condition.

• Original boxes, certificates, and all included contents must accompany the return.

Approved returns will receive a refund less a ten percent (10%) restocking fee.

Original shipping charges, insurance charges, payment processing fees, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

The following items are FINAL SALE:

• Layaway purchases

• Custom or special orders

• Resized or altered jewelry

• Engraved items

• Clearance or Final Sale merchandise
